Start-Up Story
Rohit and Hrithik had a dream of making a difference in the world of health care. They were passionate about improving the lives of people and believed that through their efforts, they could contribute to the well-being of society. With this vision in mind they set out on an extraordinary journey to established their own pharmaceutical company.
In the beginning Rohit and Hrithik faced numerous challenges. They were faced with fierce competition from big pharmaceutical giants and struggled to gain a foothold in the market. However, their determination and unwavering belief in their mission drove them to keep going. With limited resource they both decided to hire two medical representatives to help them with marketing of medicines. Both medical representatives were enthusiastic and shared same passion. Together four of them forged a strong team, working day and night to promote their medicines to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies across the state. Slowly and steadily, hard work started pay off and company started to grow. As the company began to expand, more medical representative was hired to cater to the growing market. Over the next three years, the company continued to evolve and innovate. They invested in advanced marketing tools and techniques, regular training to stay updated. With their commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, the company experienced growth. From a team of four, Janjaes have now workforce of forty dedicated employees. The company expanded its distribution network, reaching out to neighboring cities and towns and expanded their business to all over Bihar. Now they have goals enter in Jharkhand, Orrisa, Maharashtra and West Bengal.
